Returns & Defectives Policies

Returns & Exchanges Policy: We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at gogreen@ghexperts.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue so we can make it right. An associate will get back to you within 2 business days.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at gogreen@ghexperts.com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack your item securely with your order number included.
  • Ship it to the address provided in your return instructions. (You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Defective Item Policy
What Qualifies as a Defect?

A product is considered defective if:

  • It does not function as intended due to a manufacturing flaw
  • It arrives broken, damaged, or missing key components
  • It has a known defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not returnable.

What to Do if You Receive a Defective Item

  1. Notify Us Within 7 Days of Deliverey. Email gogreen@ghexperts.com and include:
      • Your order number
      • A description of the issue
      • Clear photos or a video showing the defect
  2. Assessment. Our team will review your submission within 2 business days and, if approved, will offer:
      • A replacement item at no cost
      • A refund or store credit if a replacement is not available
      • Return instructions if we need the item back
  3. No Hassle Guarantee. If the item is defective and within the return window, you won’t pay return shipping or restocking fees.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty beyond our return window. We’re happy to help you start a claim or connect you with the manufacturer directly.
